These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Hype Pharm, Cameron Bawden, and the 1% Club (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The 1% Club is a monthly membership subscription billed automatically to the payment method you provide.

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis until canceled.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle.

To cancel your membership, you must send an email to info@hypepharm.com

 at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests made after this period may not be processed until the following billing cycle.

Your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of your paid term.

By providing your email, you consent to receive transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, updates) and promotional emails (offers, newsletters).

You can opt out of promotional emails anytime by clicking Unsubscribe in the email footer.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

SMS communications may include membership confirmations, reminders, updates, and promotions.

Message frequency: typically 2–4 messages per month.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating or maintaining your membership.

Not misuse our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content, logos, materials, and trademarks provided by Hype Pharm, Cameron Bawden, and the 1% Club are the property of the Company. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our materials without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of our services.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS/email delivery.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that:

Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Membership benefits will meet your expectations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
